Where?

He asked: “Where is he gone?”, and the old lady said: "he is flying close to the stars!" To the memory of my friend Felice (that in english means “Happy”)

Music Advice: Smile

Smile was the theme music for Charlie Chaplin‘s final silent picture Modern Times in 1936. In 1954, John Turner and Geoffrey Parsons added lyrics to Charlie Chaplin’s music, and it become a popular hit when Nat ‘King’ Cole recorded it. Lyrics: Smile though your heart is aching, Smile even though its breaking, When there are clouds in the sky, youll get by, If you smile through your fear and sorrow, Smile and maybe tomorrow, Youll see the sun come shining through for you, Light up your face with gladness, Hide every trace of sadness, Although a tear may be ever so near, Thats the time you must keep on trying, Smile, whats the use of crying? Youll find that life is still worthwhile, If you just smile Thats the time you must keep on trying Smile, whats the use of crying? Youll find that life is still worthwhile If you just smile.
Listen to the Natalie Cole version.

life...

I woke up very early with this in my mind: Life is not like a videogame, there are no 3 or 4 lives (or a bonus life), life does not expire ... ... ... maybe!? C5

between Music and her power

He came into a church and an organ was playing … Why music? Why an organ? Is not silence more appropriate? Then an answer: it seemd that music had the power to raise himself, bringing his body a step closer to "him ... self" and/or to what we call God.

(P.Manzelli)
I tried to translate:
Creative thinking become mental and physical wellness as it represents a valid way to exclude negative thoughts that limit the ability to explore the interior world and permit to fully use the brain potential. Creativity frees from the uneasiness as it frees mind from the aquisite conditioning that is particularly important whenever you need a mental or physical growt. After changings that happen in everybody life, infact, some problems become of difficult solution because of the failure of the attempt to seek solutions on the basis of the usual mental schemes, instead of trying to read again in a creative way the actual situation. Creativity is close to everybody, infact being creative does not depend totally from genetics as genes are not able to manage physical or mental changings.

Cuba and my personal Journey

If you want to travel with me for a while, leave your bag and come... For me coming back from a journey is always a weird moment. A strange mixture of nostalgia, need of silence and time for thinking to all the things and feelings and people I met . It is like in some hidden part of my mind something wants to give more space to what happened in the way it can live again and again. Cuba. A wonderful country. Every side of the every day life looks like to have a strong way to show itself. Colours, smells and smiles are always behind the corner ready to astonish you. And people so available to talk to you and share their stories, their adventures, their hopes and their lies. Music and confusion in the streets, and somebody that invites you to have coffee in their house. Poverty doesn’t cancel dignity that people wear as a second dress. Politics is not always for the people and the freedom written on the walls has a strange meaning. Cuba to real Cubans I would say and not other countries influence. A solution is not easy. But what keeps coming back to my mind is still that volleyball match in the street, that sea, the story of the taxi driver, the glance of a girl that I will never know from the other side of the street, the coffee served in that black little cup, the smell of vanilla, children playing, mojito, hot weather and humidity and then fresh air, patio terraces, rocking chairs, lemonades, music as a soundtrack of life and smiles. Our swiss friend saying: “When you travel you are never alone”. When I thought again to this I was watching something blue. Perhaps a blue door. This phrase will be for ever linked to that colour: blue. A blue door open to an unpredictable meeting. As in a movie, I want to thank: Mi companero de viaje BIG BIG LUIS, Izayra and José “el Ruso”, …and his false rifle ..ah ah ah!!! their impossible belief, their tenderness, The tourist system managed by women, Alejandro y su coche, The last day of El Carnival, El Malecon, The old lady with the big cigar, Aldo & Max

Stolen...

Almost two months...enjoying Rome with this ...... and then it has been stolen...
Il derubato che sorride ruba qualcosa al ladro ma il derubato che piange ruba qualcosa a se stesso...
The robbed that smiles steals something from the thief ...
